Snowfall with total amounts of 10 to 15 cm is expected. Where: Similkameen, Highway 3 - Hope to Princeton via Allison Pass, and Manning - Skagit Valley. When: Now through Wednesday morning What: Total snow accumulation of 10 to 15 cm, locally up to 20 cm near Allison Pass. Remark: A moisture-laden Pacific frontal system will bring snow to parts of the southern BC interior. The snow will continue through the overnight hours tonight into Wednesday morning, with a risk of freezing rain mixing with the snow early Wednesday morning. The snow is expected to ease late Wednesday morning. Weather in the mountains can change suddenly resulting in hazardous driving conditions. Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions. If visibility is reduced while driving, slow down, watch for tail lights ahead and be prepared to stop.
