 afternoon and evening. Freezing spray ending overnight. Temperatures
 minus 8 rising to minus 3 Thursday morning.

 to northwest 15 to 20 Thursday morning. Wind diminishing to variable

 ending Thursday morning. Temperatures minus 8 rising to minus 5 to
