Donnacona to Beauport.
Wind light today tonight and Thursday. High today minus 9. Low
 tonight minus 15. High Thursday minus 10.

Beauport to L'Isle-aux-Coudres.
Wind light becoming southwest 10 to 15 knots near noon. Wind

Pointe à Michel to Pointe-des-Monts.
Wind northwest 10 to 15 knots backing to southwest 15 near noon. Wind
 southwest 15 tonight and Thursday. Scattered flurries ending near
 noon. Visibility as low as 1 mile in flurries. Temperatures near

Pointe-des-Monts to Anticosti - northern half.
Wind light increasing to southwest 20 to 30 knots near noon then
 diminishing to westerly 10 to 15 overnight. Wind westerly 10 to 15
 Thursday. Risk of freezing spray late this afternoon and tonight.

Pointe-des-Monts to Anticosti - southern half.
Wind south 15 knots diminishing to light early this morning then
 increasing to southwest 20 to 30 near noon. Wind diminishing to
 westerly 15 to 20 Thursday morning. Risk of freezing spray late this
 afternoon and tonight. Temperatures near minus 2.
