Snowfall with total amounts near 10 cm is expected. Where: Chilcotin When: Today. Remarks: Ahead of an approaching Pacific storm, moisture will invade the Chilcotin and run into cold air being pushed down from the northeast creating periods of snow over the region today. The heaviest snowfall is expected near the Coast Mountains where amounts near 10 cm can be expected. Snow will taper to a few flurries this evening. Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions. If visibility is reduced while driving, slow down, watch for tail lights ahead and be prepared to stop.
