Higher than normal water levels are expected. Locations: north and east facing coastlines of eastern New Brunswick. Timeframe: near high tide this evening. Remarks: strong northeast winds and rough and pounding surf will cause higher than normal water levels this evening. Minor coastal erosion is possible. The highest threat is for the New Brunswick coast from Escuminac south to Shediac. Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.
